okay i rly don’t want to reread all of this and i don’t remember where i left off, will someone PLEASE explain to me what happened with the blue haired dude bc now everyone is shipping yuyang with this pink haired dude and please i just really wanna know what happened without reading it i’m sorry please someone tell me
Basically the blue haired dude was kinda sad because he wants to be more then friends with the pink haired dude and the pink haired dude is straight. The blue haired dudes grandpa kept pressuring him to get a wife so he can have kids cauSe the grandpa is basically by himself and gave him the whole i don’t have a lot of time left speech. In the end the grandpa end up respecting and feeling happy for the blue haired dude because he has good friends and realizes that his grandson is gay and accepts it ヾ(☆▽☆)
does anyone else feel like they’re going to be dissatisfied/mad at the ending?
like i feel at this point we know it’s going to be jowoon i guess, but like what was the point of literally any of what happened then? neither haesoo nor jowoon has GROWN except for jowoon saying
“i was scared”
like boohoo? grow up? i’m genuinely upset because this manhwa was so good to me and i acc rly loved it at first but now i’m just kinda reading it to finish it just cuz yk??
no hate to any of the people that genuinely still love the story though, the art is amazing!
I think Joowon's development is a little bigger. For once he hasn't been contacting Haesoo. He didn't beg him to come back, guilt tripped him or anything. He gave him the space Haesoo desired.
He is acting more calmly, he thinks about things and reconsider some of his actions and their past.
We have to add that Taku also started to communicate and speak about his even sometimes selfish feelings openly, he was much more closed at the beggining of the story.
i totally see where you’re coming from but i guess i just don’t consider that such a big development because they’re all literally in their 30s
like jowoon and haesoo have been playing this game for the better part of their lives and it’s honestly quite annoying by now.
also why even throw taku in and make him a possible love interest at all? something ab the way that taku is somehow the key to making both jowoon and haesoo realize their “true feelings” just doesn’t sit right with me
also i don’t want any of them to end up together so i’m not saying this out of any type of bias
(my opinions btw)
okay i know i've said this before but doesn't anyone else feel like they just want all three of them to go their separate ways?
like at this point i feel like he's going to "choose" jowoon because apparently that' s the more popular pair in korea but i feel like them ending up together will leave me disatisfied for a number of reasons
(mini tangent ahead)
I know that taku isn't an ideal partner for haesoo, he has numerous flaws, he's quite emotionally manipulative, and he has to move back to japan soon. But honesyly Jowoon isn't a better alternative.
When you really think about their past, Jowoon and Haesooo were no good for one another from the very beginning. Neither of them were fully capable of expressing their emotions and while this is understandable because they were teenagers, it continued into adulthood.
This just goes to show how immature and manipulative both characters can be. In all honesty this chapter when jowoon was like..
"i should have just told him i liked him but i was scared of rejection" my reaction was literally 0-0
I was llike, that's it? None of these characters have really developed in my opion they all have the same circular thinking and all of them need time to figure themselves out because their behavior is irritating.
ayyee if you acc read this all the way through lmk if this makes sense or if i'm just rambling

okay honestly this is doing the absolute most... this is one of the main reasons why i personally don't like 'love triangles'. like this is just going on and on and nothing is developing
also, WHY THROW TAKU INTO THIS MIX LITERALLY AT ALL. why does it take one grown ass men for two other grown ass men to realize that they 'have always had feelings for eachother'
i dunno i'm just not into this that much anymore like, maybe it is time for this work to come to a end.
lots of things are developing rn and all three characters are slowly unpacking their own issues. just bc ur ship isn't doing well doesn't mean the story isn't developing.
also taku throws himself into the mix, and he's learning new things from haesoo now so idk where ur dissatisfaction is from
AHAHAHAHA I DONT HAVE A SHIP
sorry to disappoint? but i’ve mentioned countless times that i don’t ship any of these characters with one another... nice try to dude!
also literally nothing is happening. we see a little bit of development from each character but it’s just not enough for me. jowoon saying “i’ve liked him all along but i was too scared’ like bruh
bruh it didn’t even put my entire reply i had like 3 more mini paragraphs.
anyways i don’t like any of the characters they’re all annoying to me. i basically pointed out what pissed me off ab each one but it’s not showing up and i’m not retyping it bc i’m lazy
mangago ate it to save my braincells thank god
lmfaooooo
yeah alright, when you have a conversation with someone of a different opinion than you, maybe try being more respectful?
it’s not like we’re arguing ab something really life changing or something really serious. but outright attacking someone else’s opinion really isn’t a good way to communicate with them yk?
my opinion definitely has a basis, that doesn’t mean you have to to agree with it but i’m just telling you for future reference. you’re not right. your opinion isn’t 100% correct and neither is mine. we have different interpretations of a MANHWA.
so, next time you’re talking to someone, maybe try to understand their perspective before downright insulting them because you look ignorant!
you’re not even reading the story anymore dude...
that makes a LOT of sense
