I agree and disagree with both, they are not suited for each other, I don't think it is right to impose your ideals onto others just because they work for you.
What I found great about this manhwa is the build-uo of the characters, from the beginning we know that hecchan is apathetic and disinterested in almost everything in general, in previous chapters he has shown empathy for the kid but due to his personality I guess it is just difficult to accept that truth since the kids actions brought consequences to his own life. Even though he is being kinda like a jerk, it is a situation in which you will surely feel angry.
