I mean, I think I kind of get it but the end... It leaves you with a "wait what" and a confused face. It was a big and beautiful mess, something to unravel that you get only at the very end and you feel like a sense of loss inside of you. Beautiful story and art, I would totally recommend it to you.

I personally think that he's just the predator type . Uses them, ditches them, then doesn't let a chance slip to snack on them again whenever he can, using any weakness he can spot, and without any considerations to the feelings of the person he's toying with.
