I am basing my theory off two things- the raw of the last 2 ch. and also the fact that his reaction isn't as innocent as his appearance makes him seem- he didn't freak out when a threesome presented itself, plus it was the seme who got him for the threesome. And we never got to see the end of his 'confession' we don't really know what was said between the two of them- if they planned it out or not.
