I wonder if this "first love lasts forever" thing is an Japaneese thing there are other cultures think like that too? Because I am from Turkey and we don't have that kind of mindset. I read so many manga with this trope. Like first loves are so important. They even start early as kindergarten. Like how, and why? They are only children and they fall in love for eternity? Is it romantic? I really don't understand. I'm not talking about this specific manga but I see it everywhere like it supposed to be so romantic. I don't see the big deal about first love. Especially if it started when they toddlers... I don't know it it's just me.

Ok. I know, I KNOW this is a manga but Doc was so unethical, I cannot write a comment without talking about it.
Firstly, he interested in one of his patients and told him "trust me" over and over again as a doctor but actually sexually assaulted him without him knowing it. He flirted with him, asked for him to came his house. It's not just interest. Uke didn't know the actual procedure for treatment so went with it. Soo much to unpack here.
Second, he kissed him while he was teaching him. So another violation. (I don't remember the uke was a minor but probably) Basically toyed with his feelings and left him without any consequence.
Third. Not telling him a thing, of course.
I like the brightness of the story. It was indeed a sweet story. I probably will read again just for the blushes. (▰˘◡˘▰) But I couldn't say nothing so I did. Yeey.
Also, I wanted to see the side couple more. Their story had real potential....
