If it’s about strong female character “Oh, Holy!” And “mizutama honey boy” are mostly romance but I recommend. Other one is gekkan shoujo Nozaki-kun (monthly girls Nozaki-kun), it’s a rom-com but, it’s more focused on the friendship and comedy itself and it’s hilarious. I laughed in every chapter.
