we don't know with which gender does he/she identify with. so we cannot state anything in this point. and I did not get "aggressive", the other person did, without even knowing me or my background.

They still call her a woman right after and refer to her as a she the whole chapter even when the uke knows so its safe to say shes def a woman :) hope this clears it up!

I might need to check the raws to confirm though. you can avoid mentioning someone's gender when talking about them in japanese

u don’t get to decide the extent of trans women’s dysphoria. dysphoria varies for each person and it’s very generalizing to say “no trans women would proudly whip out their dick” as the sole reason for why this character can’t be trans.

someone I'm really close to happens to be trans and I sent them this (via ss) and they said that A) No trans person would do anything like what "she" did B)everyone is misgendering "Her" as we don't know their preferred pronouns yet and C) it looked like a strap on in one image although it could be underwear

but i wasn't saying that would be the only reason it was just an observation... that obviously wouldn't be the only reason

no one can speak for an entire group of people. there are trans people who pointedly decide against getting top/bottom surgery because they’ve become able to love themselves no matter their appearance. of course it’s not to the extent of showing off dicks in front of people you’re about to rape (that’s just a product of having low morals) but trans people Can grow to be comfortable with their biological features.
she refers to herself as a woman and presents herself as a woman so that’s why i’m using she/her, it’s not something that should be so technical.
i’d also be fine if it’s a strap cause it did look like that, but i assume it wasn’t one cause he looked so shocked by it. Straps also tend to stick straight which would be obvious and awkward under a dress.
i’m not saying all trans people would be fine with whipping out their dicks and showing them off (that’s again, low morals) but that action alone doesn’t make her automatically not trans. it’s the main/only reason you gave which is why i interpreted it as so. trans people can grow comfortable with their bodies as a form of self love. dysphoria isn’t the same for everyone and that’s a bad generalization to make about trans people.

Maybe they're a man cross dressing? I'm not assuming anything, I'm just plainly guessing. I don't really know, they could be a transgender woman. But I'm just saying, since it hasn't been cleared up in the manga, there are other possibilities. Especially in yaoi where the beautiful crossing dressing man trope is overused(still love the it tho).
Also, the idea with them being a woman with strap on is also possible, but wouldn't it be visible if they had one on? Their dress is loose but a strap on would still be a bit visible right?

yeah, I completely understand what you're saying and I agree but I'm just wondering (i don't know Japanese but I do know this >>). The Japanese have a way where they can speak without referring to themselves as she or he (if I'm correct) and there's no way to check since I don't read or even speak Japanese. So I worry that the translators may have accidentally misgendered them.
