I think I know why haegyung(main character) left and ignored woojinf(male lead) for like 8 years cause woojin grandpa caught him kissing woojin. In chapter 4 is showed a little bit of what might’ve been the cause for haegyung leaving in past and in recent chapters we know that the grandpa caught him kissing woojin. So this most likely might’ve been the cause for haegyung leaving woojin cause maybe the grandpa told him to like leave and don’t get close to woojin or something like that. And I personally don’t think haegyung really hates woojin maybe he really did love him but because he got caught he he stope showing how much he actually cared for him
