I really hope the author doesn't sum it all up as some "misunderstanding"
I think the way the story is going. They've always implied it was a misunderstanding. It's still his fault for making her feel that way. But in a relationship where they were even planning a wedding, how did she decide to end things without talking things through? I don't blame her, it's just something I always thought. That relationship was bound to end sooner or later. They were very different. But I think they've shown us enough of him to know.







it's like we're reading someone's life. Not a fictional story but a real one, thats what makes this so special. Their love is just so genuine and pure that it makes me hope for something like this someday.
righht?? tbh chinese authors are so dang good writing their stories, but these adaptations kinda made them suck. either way i love this i love them
they really are the best, I just wish I could understand Chinese because the original novel must be written so much more beautifully!
same also it's way more funnier and lovely when you understand the double meaning of the language they are speaking of
