I understand MC is just being careful bcoz homophobia is clearly no joke and its all for ML's sake but did he really need to add an imaginary gf to it?? especially after ML already told his friends he likes a guy? I think its enough for them to be dating in secret but he should let ML make the decisions too especially since its his business as well and not just MC's. ML is so nice, hes better than me bcoz I wouldve been offended if someone say things about me to friends without permission no matter how good their intentions are. Dont give me the 'you dont know how terrible homophobia is' bcoz sadly i rlly do, homophobia is so normalized here that it sickens me but i still think MC went a bit too far. I hope he pays more attention to what ML wants rather than overthinking about the worst possibilities.

Ikr, obviously they don't deserve a break-up, but some people here immediately jumped to conclusions that we're disappointed because Jiwon doesn't want to out himself but that's not it lol. They simply assumed the ones who feel disappointment are all straight and/or don't live in homophobic countries

exactly!! im not wishing for them to break up, in fact im actually rooting for them? its not hate but our valid opinion. ppl forget we're allowed to disagree with MC and that its not always hate when someone criticize him. I couldnt care less if they keep it secret forever if they want but MC saying ML is dating a girl when he knows ML wanna date openly is such an inconsiderate decision (lowkey ironic considering hes just trying to be considerate). MC is making all these decisions for ML's sake but he needs to realize ML should have a say in those decisions too. hes lucky ML is going along with the lies bcoz not everyone can be that understanding, others might've flipped out after feeling hurt.

Moreover, to outsiders who don't know their povs, what Jiwon said could be interpreted that Jungwoo was never serious about the guy he said he had a crush on because he moved on too fast, or worse, that liking a guy is only a 'phase' as often said by homophobic scumbags. They're lucky their friends aren't like that, though.

MC is so mature and kind, he's better than me. I have enough of this Veronica girl, no hate but I just cant stand prickly or tsundere characters who have no manners and always disrespectful to others as if ppl gotta prove themselves to her for her approval. Like who do you think you are?? Even being cold and indifferent is better than being straight up rude. But ofc thats just my opinion, I'm sure theres ppl out there who find that type of characters appealing.

I understand both sides. It seems reasonable that Kael would like to put the past behind him and move on, especially since he already got Hestia to spend his future with so why bother with the past when he could focus on loving his wife. It wasnt like he wanted revenge in the first place (i dont think he even hated them?). He just doesnt care about Diana anymore. But Hestia misunderstood and thought he forgived Diana so easily bcoz he still cares. Then again, it's not strange that she would think that way. I would crash out if I was Hestia bcoz if he didnt want to dethrone Diana, he shouldve tell her that instead of letting her do all those things just to go 'oh maybe lets not' at the very last step like hello?? Kael is just thinking about brushing off the past and moving on while Hestia is still haunted by the past and wanted justice for what happened to Kael. They shouldve talked and communicated properly sooner before starting this whole thing about Diana.
