About rourou: Someone tried to kill Feng in the beginning over the inheritance so he decided that he would switch his embryo ( made with his sperm and a donated egg) with someone else. That happened to be yiyuns. Je wanted someone else to raise his child untill it was a safe enough for him to come get it. This has caused the He and Feng family to " fight" over rou rous since they both were told that he is from there family. Yi yuns parents still dont know that rou rou isn't actually his.
As for the baby mentioned in the end: Feng was going to destroy Yi yuns embroy to leave no evidence but his secretary convinced hi other wise. So he save it under Yi yuns names so he came come get it later. However, his aunt thought that Feng hid his sperm under Yi yuns names and still his thinking it was Feng. So they just gave birth to it thinking they will inherit everything since it's the " first born".
