The psychedelic art is astonishing! The panels are so good and the lighting for each shot is immaculate!
Usually with Action BL, there either tends to be a focus on Action with amazing panels or on smut where most of the panel art shines through.
This is such a good mix of both!
This is probably one of the most intense sex scenes I've seen! This is not even an Omegaverse yet if someone said he was in heat, I'd believe it and have yet to see anything that comes close to how in pain he felt from all the heat and pleasure.
There's just something hot about blood and semen mixing together. I love vampire stories even though this seems to be a mutant variant kind of deal.

There's 5 volumes so far and I'm absolutely loving the story! I'm so glad it got translated, the art is beyond mesmerizing and the characters have personality and a certain charm to them!
This reminds me a bit of "The summer Hikaru died" and "Bloody Mary".
Each and every panel feels like a masterpiece in itself, the skeleton that embraced Ul, the hallucination self of Sophia and them burning together was beautiful to see.
A manga adaptation of a play is so unique too.
My theory for now is either that Sophia is the child of Trump, the god himself (copy) or he's been granted immortality by him (surviving the fire).

I decided to read the manga again after the Anime started airing, I'm honestly a bit disappointed by the Anime, OP is fire and animation is good (can't compare to the art in the manga but that's okay).
But I dislike the narration and leaving elements out of the story, for example ep 4 where the reason D could replicate the eyes wasn't even mentioned and the episode in general was messy.
There's some things I love tho, like in ep 5 when D stabs the bruises apple while telling his resolve and so on.
There's still more to come but I wish we could've gotten a more faithful adaptation like Kaiju Nr. 8, I love both Manga and Anime, the latter even has some added scenes giving it a nice touch.
Just felt like sharing that, I still need to continue reading the Manga but I love it so far!

I love the premise actually, being former step brothers while one of them develops feelings and gets guilt tripped by current (sex) partner to disappear.
Only to reappear and realize both have feelings for each other and aren't brothers nor related by blood since their parents passing.
Also the fact that the Top is hot and also gentle makes this a million times better! It's always the abusive step brother while the parents are still together so this was refreshing to see! And the Bottom developing feelings and confessing first, chefs kiss!
I wish there was more, Placebo got a full release and this is arguably better!
This feels like the serious and more adult take on the step brothers trope.
