it was fun while it lasted but everyone can agree this story went downhill after the second season started progressing.
i literally can’t get past this shit. we have unnecessary incest thrown in, i could give a shit if it was a male or female, and the one and only plot of 95% of yaoi which is rape. you’re telling me this mercenary was fine with killing the son of his band leader who tried to rape him but just allows himself to be raped by a duke? i get that the duke is high in power but not once has this dude tried to flee or even kill the duke himself with poison or something undetectable. then the incest is just making me itch and i literally can’t get past it. especially because they have a son born of incest. i just can’t. the “sex” scenes ain’t enough to keep me going this time

I fully agree with you ...the plot is overall rape and meh, adding the incest certainly didn't help the position the story was already in coz of all the rape...your comment called out all the salty fujioshis...i think we as a fandom are at fault coz we overrate such shitty, no plot mangas while some wholesome mangas/manhwa/manhuas are so underrated... it's because of us that creators think that everything works out just bcoz the art is good, be it rape, dub con, harassment, assualt... everything is fine as long as it has satisfactory fap material ...if you all were coming just for sex scenes that makes sense but overall, rating rapey mangas high only tells the creators how horny we are and about our incredible ability to ignore the plot ... especially in mangago... it's disgusting how highly all the rapey mangas are rated...grow up folks...
Yeah, I agree, nowadays most of the manga/manhwa we read is based on rape, dubcon, toxic relationship. And people make these types of things popular on social media. I saw so many times people are saying they live for toxic relations. If you called out to them for this they're gonna give so many bullshit reasons like this is only fiction, we hate rape in real life but we enjoy it when it comes to fiction rape. This reminds me of that legs that won't walk manhwa. That long hair character(i dunno his name) raped the MC and people on Twitter were still defending him saying why he did this he had a reason, they still love the character blah blah.
first off they’re equally wrong. if you’re in a relationship where you feel lonely and you simply aren’t getting the attention you need, it’s best to leave than to sit there and torture yourself on something you’re not going to get.
as of why min ju is probably denying her husbands affair while she had her own is probably her way of defense. to min ju, she’s done everything that a perfect wife would usually do like cook and clean etc, so she probably thought she was keeping her husband happy at home and that work was causing his sour attitude. but when she found it that it’s not the case and she was being cheated on, she went into denial because she felt as though it wasn’t fair and that she didn’t deserve any of it. i mean she’s right, cheating aside she was an excellent wife, but the moment she cheated, she ruined everything. she’s no longer innocent and she turned one victim into two. maybe more if we include the husbands wife and the female love interest.
min ju did not deserve the treatment that she got, but she didn’t make anything better by cheating. she deserved better but she chose the wrong course of action.
