It's cus there are many twins/ twin resemblance here... Ray and Kile...plus that picture frame of Kile's adoptive family..and the cover itself, plus in chap 1at cafe i thought kile and the other similar looking person was his twin maybe it's cuz the art is similar maybe intentionally...but a change in hair color would have been great for my eyes and brain
