All strange aspects of this aside, I think if you look at the small details the plot makes sense.
Mr.A abandoned the farm, the only one who had power and treated the mutated people nicely, but now that he’s gone we see M (the dairy cow) CHAINED to a pole and GAGGED. Strictly using the plot, this actually makes sense that G, who is disgusted by them and sees them as profit, would do to get his milk, treating him as a tool, not human, and goes to show how G is taking control of the farm.
Maybe I’m over thinking it…
Honestly is much worse, maybe I misunderstood so take it with a grain of salt. Thanks to the flash backs of how M got to that situation, im pretty sure it was some of the other hybrids that tied up M.
They all were panicking, thinking the worst father A left, they thought if the farm produced good products for the "Human live stock project" the scientists would leave them alone.
So yeah it's just people trying to survive at the cost of one another.

the black haired guy told fluffy that ''i'm the one who decides when Mr A gets back'' so tbh what i'm personally getting from this is that they either pressured him into going away and abandon the farm to have the hybrids back into a shit life or they literally just kidnapped him lmao
That’s what I thought too cause while Mr a didn’t seem to be as open as little a, he had a sense of responsibility and cared for them. He wouldn’t up and leave unless he was forced or pressured like you said
i have the worst thought after reading chp 8. After noticing that M said something like that, and the way M is saying about how he gave the hybrid some "medicine" claiming it will help them try to be more human. Like in the K case when he try to induce him with 'egg-breaking' serum. My thought is that Mr. A actually turning himself to be a hybrid and he is currently in hiding by the help from M (To avoid the institution eye and to keep the farm stable). (〜￣△￣)〜
Reading that confused me tbh, as you said did they kidnap him or manipulated him out the far or a third thing?
My guess is that after the scientist got the goods they wanted control over the farm, maybe to experiment, since most of the people of the farm were discarded as being "low quality", so they ended up convincin Mr A that they were gonna help the hybrids. I think they told him they were gonna help then preserve their humanity. But honestly it's difficult to think of a good reason why a man would left his life work
