i honestly rooted for cain because yahwi was such a dick, but this update made me like cain wholeheartedly the way he cradled jooins face when he fell asleep, his smile and the way he looked after jooin... man! i’m gonna be heartbroken if/when they’re not endgame :(
i’m so conflicted because they’re sooo cute together and seung-ies expressions regarding eon are just precious :( but in the back of my head i keep thinking about how he was basically made to like eon and had no romantic interest in him before that? so i understand why eon pushes him away but i hope that gets resolved soon, they’re just too sweet
please let collin be endgame he’s so cute and sweet and i can’t even get into the sex scenes with the marquess just because he’s an asshole (and there is such a thing as “too big,” ouch).
i’m so conflicted i haven’t caught up yet but i reallyyyy don’t want suu to end up with suryeon (even though there’s a 99% chance they’ll be endgame). i mean i think suryeon is a compelling character, but i don’t think he’d be good for suu?? i also don’t know how to feel about saharah/suu, especially since most of suus interactions with him have been when saharah’s in child form. agh, at this point i just hope suu and nadan can reconcile, their flashback scenes just break my heart :(

not every yaoi manga needs to have a good story or even a story at all so many comments talking about not understanding the plot, but there’s literally no plot??? it’s just porn, and it does its job well!
i’m probably in the minority here but i really think the writing left seunghee (and to a certain extent, inbeom) out to dry. i get that it’s “someone else’s bl,” but i really liked seunghee as a character—his abrasive personality, him always closing himself off so he doesn’t develop a crush on any male friends, his crossdressing hobby—so seeing him get thrown aside for like 60 or so chapters and then giving him a half baked romance was so unsatisfying. and i couldn’t even get into the other couple because i HATEDDDD kyubin for how much he messed with seunghee and got away with it. he was vaguely threatening seunghee into crossdressing for him and even showed gay porn IN CLASS knowing how it’d affect seunghee (AND THE GUY HE LIKES?) and you want me to root for his romance? nah....
and yeah he apologized in the end but it was still so anticlimactic. i think narratively speaking, it just annoyed me how seunghee was so involved with kyubin and seungtaek, and then they just... ignored each other? same with how crossdressing was such a pivotal part of seunghees character that again, gets thrown away with no development.
despite my complaints, the thing that keeps me coming back is imo the best character: inbeom i went from hating this dude to wanting him to be happy and getting a spin-off series lol. he has the best character development in the entire series and my one complaint is that i wish he got with seunghee LMAO. i thought seunghee and suhyeok were cute, but him and inbeom have such natural chemistry, great relationship development, and really influenced each other for the better. at some point i even thought there’d be a love triangle lol that's how much chemistry they have. oh well at least in my head, seunghee and inbeom get together in their twenties
I agree with EVERY single points you made ! You told no lies. I hated the second couple, they weren’t interesting enough and the author dragged their love story too long.
As for the MC, I wanted to see more of his cross dressing, it was such an interesting and original plot. Too bad the author didn’t do anything with it. (Same for the perv, their relationship was so interesting and in some way cute but yet so problematic).
I really liked the 2 cousins and their relationship with MC but my favorite was Inbeom. I wanted for him to be with MC.
The story wasn’t bad but it had soooo much wasted potential.
omg yes! I wish the author didn't spend so much time on the side couple I personally didnt like them that much. and the class president suffered no consequences for injuring inbeom to that extent.
THIS!!!!!! I think inbeom and seunghee really needed eachother and even if they didn’t date their friendship helped them grow a lot as people. They may not be a couple but they are my favorite duo and made me cry a lot
