just wanna clarify this coz Im confused, so basically the real haley exchanged body with adeline, then adeline is dillon, and emily is still emily.
and i thought I already understood it while typing this, but where is the katarina that dillon knows about from the story? coz from what dillon "read" there is already a katarina, besides emily and adeline. so if the og haley took the body of the og adeline, then took the identity/name "katarina", then what happened to the real katarina?
ALSO! this is just reading too much between the lines but I think that what haley really wanted was to be in the body of the person that cedric truly loves. It doesnt have anything to do with hair and eye color, thats why instead of changing bodies with emily, she exchanged with adeline. I just love that so much (≧∀≦)
and I had this thought at the back of my head at the early chapters, it seems that dillon's bickering and overall relationship with cedric was similar to what she read with adeline and cedric. I thought it was just the way of author to show irony or like "in your face" moment to dillon that no matter how they are alike, she's still not adeline. Turns out IT IS HER

Actually, Katarina wasn't a separate character. Dillon said in earlier chapters that she's not worried about Katarina, Cedric's ex, at all, because she was not mentioned in the book (she thought) she read. So OG Dillon (named Haley in that previous world) got Adeline's body and changed her name to Katarina. OG Adeline got Dillon's (previously Haley) body.
does she not realize thats adeline was only there at the story coz the first wife (emily) died and cedric was devastated? she already prevented all of that, he's still married, she's alive and no one died, thus there's no role for adeline to fill （￣へ￣）plus I cant help but recall that she apologized for judging cedric for the assumptions she made on his character based on "rumors", but she still follows the story

I kinda imagine an ending to this lol. what if she found out all the reasons to why shes married to isaac, why she had affairs (still not sure if this really happened), who poisoned his father, and what happened to isaac's parents. And her relationship with isaac and the kids get better only for her to return back in time when she's 19 to prevent all that happened. They'll be crying together like isaac didnt want to let her go, like they should just forget everything and start anew. But she'll insist and their parting message would be "see you later", implying that she'll pursue isaac in the future after she went back in time. (≧∀≦)
Then the they'll pass through time normally leading up to their marriage and having kids. The end. lol
