I think rather than a love triangle, it's more to a one sided love from the fiance. Carne can't bring herself to love anyone other than her previous life's husband but she knows she doesn't deserve Helis because she is a Hellsdante.. It's a tragic love story than a love triangle one ╥﹏╥
