In the chapter 2 or 3, Chiaki mentions how Kei doesn’t look any of his partners in the eyes when he sleeps with them in film. Something about how it looks like he’s absent minded thinking of something else. Kei says pretends he doesn’t remember what he was thinking about.
Then he DOES look Chiaki in the eyes when he’s with him.
In chapter 6, Kei’s ex mentions how it always looked like he was thinking of someone else when they’re were sleeping together.
It’s such a subtle thing! But it’s obvious he was still hung up on Chiaki but it was confirmed just how much. It’s such a nice, subtle thing I normally might not notice.
