Does the manga follow the anime episodes do they relate, is it the same or a totally different story wondering if I should read or watch anime
The first and second season of the anime do not follow the manga. I recommend reading the manga then following the book of Circus and Murder if you want to stay on track.
The first 12 or 15 episodes of the first season follow the manga , the third season follows it too. Tho I still recommend watching the anime
