Actually placebo has a meaning if you're thinking of the word itself. It's a kind of treatment that fools the brain that thinking something is real or something changed in a positive tone but in reality, nothing really happened. It's a bit more complicated can't explain it but yeah, it's more of the "it's all in the mind" thing.
