The dentist kidnapped the uke because he was in love with Natsuki and was trying to get the uke to give up on Natsuki, in the end he revealed that he was JUST his friend (NOT his previous lover) and that he had snatched the key(probably to be closer to Natsuki and catch his attention), so it wasn't given to him.
And the picture shows that Natsuki used to be a yankee XD
