The is angst, but the story is very good. The artist is doing an amazing job at adapting the story. It reads like you're watching an indie movie with a melancholic cinematography. Also the art is insanely good and it gets better as story progresses.

No, I don't think they are together. My theory is that Domeki has made a friend in her maybe even gone to the woman for advice on how to please a man/Yashiro (since she's a prostitute). It's clear that Domeki's skills in bed have improved, but since he still has strong feelings for Yashiro that never went away I don't see him sleeping around. I think Domeki still sees Yashiro as a Nympho and I think Domeki thinks if he can satisfy Yashiro then Yashiro won't feel the need to sleep with other men. He won't clarify the situation between them to Yashiro because he doesn't want Y to know that he went to her for advice maybe? I think D is doing everything to downplay his feelings so Y doesn't pull away.

The writer still payed to the artist for her to draw because WAJE wouldn’t do it if she didn’t do that. WAJE is simply tired and needs to rest and that’s ok. She simply said she badly wants the illustration even if she needs to pay for it. She purposely didnt want to release it yet in one go thats why she will reveal it next week. If you hate the manhwa its fine but don’t make it sounds like the author hate her own story. And yes she always said she’s tired which is understandable but she’s grateful that the manhwa ended the way she wanted.
I said she’s tired of drawing this story, not that she hates it. And even if the artist said she badly wanted an illustration she still payed and commissioned WAJE for her to do an art of her own character, because otherwise WAJE probably wouldn’t and you should know this if you follow them on socials. The writer kept on begging for the artist to draw things and she never did. It’s WAJE’s work and I believe she likes what she does, but most can tell she’s tired of this story and finally it’s time for her to have a good rest from all of this. You have your opinion though and it’s alright, have a good night.
Yeah, I’ve been here for a while and the hate she got (and still gets) was not it. The writer didn’t help too when she decided to share her comments and views on her socials… I hope the artist is ok now, and that in the future she’ll try to create a story on her own because her art is very pretty and it’s a waste.

For those that haven’t seen the other comments that mentions this, in the authors other story the ML seems to do “unofficial undercover operations” as in the other story he was disguised as a police officer and then as a prison guard but whether he’s a gangster going undercover as a cop or a high ranking cop undercover as a gangster is still up in the air. I do love myself an undercover story tho
