Hazaki is the neighbor that was in his apartment..him and Grey are the same person..maybe Aruse too?? The Aruse person is the person he's been dreaming of possibly an old lover or maybe Grey b/c they have the same beauty marks..seems like he doesn't remember that though if it's true
I reread the neighbor scene and it did say the neighbor's name was Hazaki! I can't believe I missed that part haha >.< Yeah I'm also kinda thinking Aruse/Hazaki/Grey could be the same person. My mind is blown just thinking about that haha (Grey is just a handsome devil in many disguises).
