Well idk, not every story has all the tags properly listed. Especially if the author plans to put a plot twist or wants to surprise the readers. An example is one story purposefully not putting a tragedy tag in order for readers to be surprised that the ending is sad.
Even if it’s not officially recognized by putting a tag on it- it’s very obvious with the way the author shoved a second guy into the story to stir up trouble, make the ML jealous, and make the mc feel mixed emotions. Not everything is listed out from the start
