i don't care what the reason, cheating on your ex husband (red flag), then inviting your ex husband on your wedding (another red flag) is very icky for me. it felt like she made it everything about herself even if she's the one who cheated?! i know she wanted to be forgiven, but there's got to be another way like saying sorry and having a mature conversation. instead she invited her ex husband on her wedding? what's the logic on that? for what? so that she will feel comforted? and her choice/circle of friends condoning her cheating behavior.. it's all toxic.
It’s explained she didn’t actually cheat, they were all in the same friend group and her friends (f) clearly discouraged the guys from their rude behaviour even when the ex wasn’t present so the behaviour wasn’t endorsed and she still cared for him and wanted him to be there on her special day. Was it considerate of him? No. But she isn’t some toxic woman. And she didn’t cheat she just didn’t deny the rumors. ML explained that after they divorced she only started dating her now husband a long time after that
