Literally. I don't get how people treat this like a wholesome bl (people on tt) like he literally raped him multiple times especially at the beginning it was so messed up.

Erm this is way worse than Jinx, Euihyun was raped in return for money that would pay of his debt but contextualise it. Taeju told him that he would either have to unwillingly prostitute himself (i.e. sex trafficking) or be consistently raped by Taeju instead because he would have no way of paying off his debt otherwise. There was no option here other than Taeju. In Jinx, Dan has an option but hes pressured and intimidated into a sexually exploitative contract (which he knows signs off consent meaning its void). There are scenes where Dan is consenting, though its about as many as hes not. Compared to Euihyun who inherently cant consent because he has 0 power in the situation as well as literally developing stockholm. He either says yes to Taeju or gets sex trafficked. Though for Dan, even if he says no, Jaekyung doesnt care. Overall it is similar to jinx but there is no sex all of it is just rape.

Ofc I completely agree I just was saying how the ml protecting/paying the mc and repay sex for it in both of the story’s is the only thing similar. And I totally see Euihyun is in a much worse position than Dan hood they both get the peace they deserve in the end.
