The writing is so much more sophisticated and elegant, it really feels like you are in their era. I found myself slowing down to truly understand what they were saying, so I felt like I was connecting better with the characters and understanding how and why they act... It's very rare that historical manhwas have this type of realistic language and I'd love to see more of it honestly
I didn't understand half of those translations. Too difficult expressions. When I translated into my own language, I understood. Normally I can read english like nothing.

It barely has any connection to Alice in Wonderland lol. It feels more like an original story in a dystopian world. However! I do like it! It has violence and a strong female character! We also see how she became the way she is, which makes sense! I hope they show more of the dudes and more about them because we’ve only gotten short glimpses of them so far.
It’s a really common trope but there are things that I really like ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ﾉ~ the fl has different customs so seeing her slowly understand the empire’s is really nice~ it also is more realistic than other stories, where they adjust in a few days… I also like how she plans to go back to her kingdom! She loves her kingdom and the people! After all, none of them did anything wrong! I am kinda sad they didn’t give the dad a face though… he sounds like the final boss so not having a face is kinda weird… but I like this! I wonder how it’s gonna go?
Seriously~~ I have a sweet spot for manhwas that add twists to common cliches! When I was reading the bio I thought it would be boring but it wasn’t a girl’s otome, but a boy’s!!!!!! Explores so much more and I really like the main character~~~ she actually couldn’t care less about the ml and honestly? She’s badass for that!!!
On the ml topic, personally I prefer the swindler because his face and personality are to my taste~ but story wise, I think the other one makes more sense, because mc doesn’t have to have a facade with him! So I wouldn’t mind either way but I really love this!!!!
