This manga may be harmful for you, for me it's a just a made up scenario with fictional characters. Like those kinky books women read, or fanfiction- but with pictures. I understand this is not for everyone but it's definitely my cup of tea. Goes without saying any behavior in any yaoi manga is completely unacceptable in real life and havily illegal.
