Ok i love this author and really thought she was about to eat with this one.... but im lowkey disappointed I love omegaverse, but absolutely hate Hate HATE power dynamic relationships. When i saw that omeags were the "powerful" ones . I was like "ok period!!!!".....but this is literally still a power dynamic .. except the asshole is now a giant uke lol. its literally the same as all those other stories where one person treats their partner like absolute trash, but for some reason its ok now cuz hes a bottom lol??? and it pisses me off, cuz why does there have to be a character thats soo freaking unlikeable??? I had to drop this just like the rest because i want better for the alpha( its my first time saying that lol)

I absolutely LOVED this story 5/5.
The characters, the dialogue/ the art... chefs kisssss. I love how this author writes on real topics and makes the plot realistic and authentic feeling. Like I genuinely feel like all of these character could be real people some where lol.
side note... i could give a rats ass about the weird rapist brothers side story. What his step mother and father did to him was absolutely horrible and unforgivable, but that dosent permit him to harm innocent people. and I already know the author is going to pair him with glasses guy and tbh... he dosent seem that likeable either.
I definitely think the chairman really cares for his son, but hes like 20 yrs too late ... You cant be a shitty father for nearly the entiterity of your sons life, and then spontaneously want to mend the relationship when he dosent gaf about you anymore... I do hope they end up having a good conversation but the chairman is still a shitty dad... to all his kids.
I really enjoyed this story at first, it was a mutual sex agreement between two classmates. But then of course the sad whiny uke falls for the seme (that is obviously not intresed in him) and instead of either of them breaking it off, the uke (whom is a dumb ass) just continues this "relationship' while the seme just strings him along even though he knows the uke likes him. Then for some reason we get cain who was ....a dog ??? idk im pretty sure i dropped around that point because I was getting pissed at the uke lol. Not only does Cain need to find his self worth , but so does Jooin cuase hes just as a pushover as Cain.

This may sound dramatic, but I think stories like these should not even be legal. At the very least i think the author should be flagged because eww?? ?Its literally rape and abuse just for the fun of it... the plot isnt even good and its weird af. Authors like Harada can portray topics like SA much better because i feel like they actually view SA as a problem, while authors like these see it as some kinda weird disgusting kink. dont get me wrong this story is shit from every aspect from what ive seen (plot, tropes, even character design, etc.), but its also just fiction, it does not reflect who they are as a person, the author or the readers.
there are plenty of stories, movies, video games, etc. about murder, violence and gore "just for fun".
you can think disgusting and violent topics being so normalized (and romanticized too) in entertainment isnt good, but you cannot limit or dedicate creative freedom because what is considered "obscene" is subjective.
people are not trash for the fiction they consume or even the fantasies they have.
harada defenders always try to justify their messed up work, but really harada treats SA as a fucking joke too.
take happy shitty life as an example.
literally one of the "comedic points" is that one of the two main characters constantly gets SAed by this big guy the likes him.
harada is one of these "just for fun" writers, they just know how to present their work in a slightly more appealing way than these other authors who straight up dont know how to write plots. harada is a better writer, but doesnt treat the subject matter in a better way.

You made good points, however when its a form of media that is explicitly for people to "get off too" I will have to disagree. These authors make a living drawing peoples fantasies, whether that fantasy is, bondage, omegaverse, furries etc... This author is making a "fantasty" about someone being raped and essentially being physically and mentally tourtred.... thats is VERY weird and I stand by what i said before , its freaking weird as hell for anyone to enjoy trash like this whether its the author or reader. Yes, what is "obscene" is subjective but thats why alot of media gets banned as well, Movies, books, games etc. You may also be right about Harada, I had only read a few of their stories and they really resonated with me because of how well written they were, but I havent read the stories you mentioned.
a lot of people have messed up fantasies, but most of the time people dont want those things done to them in real life.
dark romance is a whole sub genre that a lot of women enjoy, but only in a fictional setting. the psychology behind dark fantasies is quite interesting.
so i guess this is were we differ in opinion, because i dont believe indulging in dark fantasies through fiction is necessarily bad or weird, my problem is more so when people develop a porn addiction and or cant separate fiction from reality, thats something that actually has negative real life effects.
(idk how other countries work, but no type of fiction is banned in the US, in terms of the legality of publishing, purchasing and owning/consuming.)
I truly hope this does not turn into the "Im gonna sleep with you... so you can give me money... for a debt i have to to pay off...that isnt even mine" troupe this story was doing very well with not having annoying cliches , but i know for a fact its headed in that direction lol
