Listen here, I have been her shoes as well, I certainly didn't grow a backbone over, everyone's traumas and healing has different situations and healing time. Good for you for managing to do it over night, not everyone is like that nor has the luxury to be able to suddenly fight back. She is very realistic with her healing process, she has her jos and downs, her achievements and her setbacks, she is only HUMAN. sometimes, people needs encouragement and a little push. It was not a luxury, it was a mind set and a objective that I fixed for me, by me and it certainly not sum random person on the internet who's going to criticizing me for something i worked for.
