GUYSSS... i was talking to a group of ppl who read bl and none of them knew: cherry blossom after winter, blood link, hoosik story, love shuttle, k's secret and all the og's. bro this new generation of reader are spoiled. i told them my first bl was junjou romantica, they all loked at me like i was crazy.

I just realized something… are we really all going to keep reading BL once we’re grown up? Like, after we get married, have children, and get a “real” job? Imagine coming home exhausted, your kids screaming, your spouse complaining, bills piling up on the counter… and you just lock yourself in the bathroom pretending you need “alone time,” when in reality you’re catching up on the latest BL chapter. Honestly, that’s hilarious and kind of tragic at the same time.

I mean, I js look at the bl genre like any other, it's like growing old and still watching any romantic related media
It reminds me of wotakoi, like, both girl protagonists are grown ass women with jobs and they still talk abt bl and one of them even cosplays, which happens irl a lot
It's js doing it for the fun of it, and if I still find it fun while I'm old and full of wrinkles, then good for me, I don't think it's tragic at all

I've been reading yaoi almost literally every day for the past 11 years if it gets less, it's bc I'm busy. But I'm not planning to ever quit. What I did quit reading is highschool stories, as I got older. Other than that, I still love reading yaoi but also im glad there are many good yuris and josei mangas these days too. My bf doesn't really know I read yaoi or smut in general but I hope he will be accepting (not like I'll stop haha)
she/he fell first he fell harder and became obsess
