Haha alright, Well Keith doesn't die. In fact no-one dies.
They escape the car, Keith uses a gun to bust the passenger door open. He does get a bit injured on his back as he uses his body to protect Yeon for landing on the road. They feel safe and are a bit relieved to have escaped. They get somewhat romantic, and hold hands to head to safety. Yet, that's not the case.
They were begin watched by a murder. He was holding a knife and suddenly charged towards Keith. Yeon reacts first and pushes Keith aside. The murder tackles Yeon and they both tumble down a collapsed sideroad. (Might be a hill, but looked like a road.) Keith quickly sits up. Yeon is no longer in sight.
Keith manages to find Yeon, he's traumatized and calls for a helicopter. Yeon is unconscious. He's covered in cuts, has a black eye, and is losing a vast amount of blood.
As they were in the helicopter heading towards a hospital, Yeon wakes up and begins coughing blood. His body aches and he's dazing in and out. Now there was a time limit before he drifts away into another unconscious state.
That's if they reach the hospital in time.
