I somewhat was a Hara... less popular but I had a good friend who had a crush on me and I was maybe slightly aware, though still somewhat oblivious. An adult who knew us both told me to be more mindful since friend liked me, and I said I didn'r view him that way and didn't like anyone at the time, and I proceeded to not be sensitive to his feelings (like a jerk yikes) and I did stuff like fall asleep on his shoulder and frequently jokingly hit him often (which he later told me that his puberty brain interpreted as flirting)
i did the exact same i wouldn’t be mindful of their feelings at that time and i was such a jerk
