There were only a handful of manhuwas with this type of isekai plot back then. Not sure if this was the first, but it was definitely one of the oldest manhuwas before the trope boomed.

My only complaint is that Kou DIDN'T FUCKING COMMUNICATE. All of it could have prevented jfc my opinion of him started to go poor because of it. But that doesn't mean his not a well written character. Touma (kinda bias per se) is my favorite. Yeah, a little manipulative,but he did truly love Futuba. Maybe I was a little more sympathetic in his case because I knew he will not be picked.
But Kou asked Futaba to communicate 2 but she dipped as Narumi and Touma messed with her head
