Realistically speaking, not everyone could have "character development" in their life. Only those who actively seek to improve themselves, realized their wrongs, and trying their best to fix them could have it. But speaking for Hestia, it's not like she didn't have character development, it's just that we need to understand that she's not from the same universe that she's currently live in. It takes time for her to adjust to that reality (but later she will eventually). As for Diana, well, personally I think she did have character development from that meek and shy girl into a more confident and outspoken woman (mostly thanks to her status of course, but development nonetheless). In the earlier chapters she didn't even dare to talk back to Hestia, now she can even scream at Hestia and Helios lol
So, do only men has character development here? Like, Kael e Heli had some chance of heart. But Hess e Saint still the same
