It’s honestly such a disappointment to see them pull out the “my partner is a sex worker so I want them to quit for my sake” trope. Like yes, hosts are NOT sex workers, but it’s like sex work adjacent so he’s got a lot of nerve which he even recognizes which makes his actions even worse. JUST LET SEX WORKERS DO THEIR JOBS WITHOUT WHITE KNIGHTING THEM

Not surprised at all of the folks looking down on sex workers in the comments, but I am happy to see how many are supporting and defending sex workers. Y’all are giving me hope in humanity
Although I do a different type of sex work, as a sex worker, it is really nice to see such thoughtful and respectful representation. Our work is so mentally, physically, and emotionally taxing so dealing with stigma on top of that can definitely become overwhelming. I’m glad there’s more and more stories like this being put out in the world so hopefully one day our work can become more accepted and less stigmatized

In reality, this wouldn't work at all. If someone would want to keep a steady performance in that kind of job they would barely have a sex life with their partner but the way here is portrayed they have a lot of sex and since he doesn't actually need to do that kind of job I don't see this in a positive light.

Damn. I really feel like they’re fucking over Taeju’s redemption arc by pulling borderline rape scenes out of nowhere. Did the chapter end cute? Yes. Was Taeju refusing to stop having sex despite being asked and then using that coerce his partner into making a massive life decision rape? Also yes. Still rooting for them, but that shit really felt like a step back into a toxic direction
I understand the good intentions Jiho has but blindsiding him with this meeting is careless at best and downright cruel at worst. Especially after going thru what he just went thru with his family and how supportive Inwoo was, this move just feels really clumsy and almost out of character. Honestly wouldn’t fault Inwoo if he decides to break up cuz of this. You don’t spring a reunion on someone who has a deeply traumatic past with a parent who abandoned them and left them with their abuser…
