I know the summary is like that, but the actual story is quite different. MC sticks to her role solely because she wants to go back to her first life, and honestly that's a reasonable if not a very realistic choice. But somehow, she wasn't able to fulfil the quest and was turned back to when she was 10 years old. Although she does try to make the childhood friend become a tyrant, she inevitably gives up at the end due to her heart softening for the ML and realising that it's painful, even for him and her. So don't take the title too seriously. It's honestly not like what you think it is. To the person who said "you would rather make him become a tyrant than make him be happy", the girl has the choice to go back to her original place, if she were to choose between making another person happy and going back to her original life, why would she not choose her own life? That's like asking would you rather live or die to a completely normal person.
