so i think when hyuk referenced his first heart break aka his tutor cuz he liked his tutor..
it was dr han.. when they were young
dr han was the one that turned down hyuk as a kid and broke hsi heart
yet dr han acted like he didnt know hyuk at all when he did the whole time
and thats why hyuk is so shocked cuz he didnt know this at all and didnt even remember dr han being like that since hes so different - while dr han always knew and played it off like they were strangers - dr and patient and then relationship..
