For mc the only thing he wants is to go back, he never saw all of those people as real person + we see by now that his 'brother' actions actually different from the novel's plot when all he wants is to go back. He wants to immediately go back to his real life but by having some disturbance of the original plot he thinks he will never go back to his world

I've read a few of them. But most of the ones I've read have some sort of twist, like this one. The original premise is that the ML lead is supposed to realize that they've fallen in love with the substitute and that the original is actually not good. The original doesn't really want the MC but comes back because they want the MC to still be obsessed with them. It's an ego thing with the original.
