After years of hesitating to read this I tried and I'm glad I did. The story is kind of frustrating but I can understand both ML and FL. They'll have a happy life before if it wasn't for their toxic environment especially from the male side.
They are all disgusting and deserves to live that life except for Ken.
I'm used with manhwa and manhua with stories that starts with drug rape, possessive ML, and many more negative characteristics. This one can be classified as entertaining but awfully done.
ML doesn't have a characteristic to be a worthy ML. He started with a bad intro and every chapter he's doing nothing to make the FL like him. He said he loves FL but he doesn't know the pain he caused her for years. He'll end up with FL for sure but author needs to make a redemption arc for him.
FL is the only likeable character here. It will unlikely to happen but if given a choice I want her to end up leaving the castle and live a life of a free woman.
So will something happen to the bitch and she'll have ML tale responsibility?
