Even there isn't that much romantic interaction between them (just at the end of the manga they get more lovey-dovey) you can tell how much they love each other. They do really worry and protect each other. Author did a good job about hearing disabilities topic.. I really liked how author managed it. And I also loved Ryuu and Chiba relationship!
