Why would he kill Bum? At this stage he is emotionally dependent on Bum, and has on the contrary arranged people for Bum to kill. Sangwoo and Bum's relationship isn't healthy to say the least, but on many occasions. Sangwoo has in his eyes stood up for Bum, although this likely has a self serving element.
Just my presumption, but I think the series would be more fitting to end in a double suicide, prompted by the likelihood of them being separated by the police. Or if you want a murder element, then it would be Bum who would murder Sangwoo, as in his eyes it would be merciful, before committing suicide. Who knows though.
