That's the first that he kisses Jooin. He's been having wet dreams about Jooin and could've taken advantage when they drank together but he never did. The kiss in this chapter was obviously to feed Jooin the medicine. He got carried away but at least he apologized and said that he won't do it again. Yahwi on the other hand, never said sorry after assaulting Jooin. Yes Cain is far from being a saint but so far, he didn't took advantage of Jooin for his desires and he respects him. There's the fact that he lied but that's it. So far, he's good. He just wants Jooin to be happy

What Jooin needs right now is space and Cain doesn’t actually do that. This will be also shown in the following chapters and the way he tries to push his feelings onto Jooin.
Cain legit stalked Jooin though. Even his family looked concerned when he was trying to run back to Korea on a crazy hallucination that Jooin was his ‘master’. He invaded Jooin’s space by pretending to be an idiot when looking for an apartment. And he constantly follows Jooin and sticks his nose where it doesn’t belong.
