I’d agree with you but in this case, it wasn’t like that. She was born in this world and was betrothed to her husband at 12, she grew up alongside her husband so if anything this is more a “childhood friend” troupe. I can understand why you’d confuse this with isekai because recently all historical manwha has been but in the story, it’s only historical.
^ update, she was reincarnated. This story was so long I forgot what even happened in the beginning but it seems they totally abandoned the whole reincarnation idea during the story because it wasn’t brought up anymore so I think I just discarded the idea.
