Im not sure but someone in the comments put the spoilers and its basically; sasya and karel run away after Karel was accused of treason and they live somewhere else. Sasya dies of old age (but not that old) cuz his health was bad due to drugs. After his death, Karel commits suicide. BUT Karel reincarnated and they both met again.
