Sometimes being alone is better than staying close to people you love when you're struggling mentally. The author portrayed mental health in such a visually understandable way. You might not like it, but people who struggle mentally really are like this. I’m genuinely grateful for the author’s life and their talent—this story is full of lessons I needed.
