Honestly im not so sure anymore hahaha. He was saying he was new to this acting thing so i was under the impression the hot water was part of the act and Juheon could've just not noticed while panicking. Dohu could also just be crazy and did hot water to make it believable (though the later panel showed him running his hand in cold water so his hand is fine).
Sorry I stopped reading at ch14 when he is vomiting after kiss and seems like was pretending - will it be explained later or not yet and in next season? If not now I’m not sure if I can stomach reading further chapters without knowing what’s going on and thinking he is disgusted with mc

I don’t think it was disgust. The fandom theory is that he’s obviously not human and his body was rejecting the saliva. And there’s more ever since they started kissing he’s getting human reactions.
