Was that needle clean? Nothing could guarantee that my blood could be used for voodoo thing and searching for my family lineage. The places are dirty what if I get infected? istg. And even if he's not an alchemist what if he sells my blood?
As a reader, his antics and interactions with MC are fun imo. His actions can be explained with his background - dude stopped getting any affection from the people around him at age 10, and nothing he did would change their opinions, so why not act like they treat them? It makes sense, especially as a response from a literal child. If MC's sister is supposedly 15 and MC is younger but around the same age, we can assume all of the kids are around that age. Well, it seems like the author has no idea about kids' maturity levels when growing up, considering how much younger they seem to act. I would've guessed everyone to be at least a few years younger. Either way, I'd assume Rian is about 14 - even so, I'd judge him as if he was 12/13, as it's clear the author is portraying teens acting younger than they actually would be. So yeah, you're essentially getting mad at a kid acting out as a way of coping from his abuse.
Besides, those things you're annoyed with seem more to do with MC's reactions and actions to these things rather than Rian's actions, imo. I honestly just headcanon that her mental maturity regressed to the age of her current body, which would explain a lot - especially if we take into consideration how she most likely malnourished all her life, which surely causes issues one way or the other. She has also been established as somewhat of an idiot.

Idk if it's his way of coping. He's just annoying to me. That's it. imo it's confusing how at times he was written as more mature at his age, then suddenly became annoying af when he met the fl. We are seeing it from the fl pov so it's not weird for me to be annoyed at that time.
fyi, this section was just me ranting, after posting this I just forgot. He was abused and neglected so I didn't held a grudge against him or "dislike" his character. But sometimes their funny interactions seems forced. And making him more annoying than what he intended.
I guess that's fair! Your opinion is your own, after all - I didn't mean to argue, just wanted to offer my own view (though yes, I see my comment can come off as annoyed as it does directly go against your comment, but in the end it's all fiction).
As for how I found it, it was either on the first or second comment page when I had finished reading the chapters that are uploaded so far. I don't typically read comments further below that. I guess this story hasn't been noticed by that many people, I also found it randomly from a "similar to this" (or whatever the words are) part after reading another manwha. A shame, I think it deserves more reads. It's so rare where we get a stepmother and -sister who are loving and caring towards adopted (female) MC and I think just that should be appreciated <3

1. yuuhi remembers someone celebrating his birthday ( is the one with loose clothes and long black hair that gave him candy) when his parents didn't even try to. That person, the child with long hair was the only kid who plays with him despite the bullying.
2. Itsuki flashes back again to his past showing him self sitting near the walls with loose white clothes and long hair.
He said there's this one friend in his childhood that he reallly cherish in his memories, even though it's only a short time.
(From his backstory he's probably malnourished? Or not well because his mother is abusive/ ill ? Idk)
3. It's confirmed at the last page that itsuki isn't the culprit behind the bullying from the moles placement, and he seem to know this guy who apparently bullied yuuhi
abt ch.4
–as he was was shocked when he came to his hair salon.
Conclusion : There's this huge possibility that Itsuki is the kid whose the only one who stays in yuuhi's side in childhood.
It also explains why his face is the only one that aren't scribbled in his mind.

I didn't have any issues/ concern when the first style changed to the second one, but the recent one (36-37) are just.. downhill
The artist was probably changed or something. The story has good potential so I’m happy it got continued despite the change of art style
