Well this one sits in a grey area. Partners don’t need to know every detail about each other’s exes. Maybe he got lucky or maybe he missed his chance to be upfront. His approach wasn’t great to begin with, trying to hide it from his partner was a mistake. Still if the guy isn’t going to work at his company there’s arguably no real need to disclose the past. What bothers me is the intention to conceal it in the first place. He dodged a bullet this time but maybe there’s a lesson waiting for him.
